We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who has not prepaid for our services, or whomever we choose not to work with based on our work ethics and right of refusal for service.

After you have paid for a service, the service (in its entirety) must be utilized within 60 days from the time that we received your payment. No refunds are issued after 60 days, and we are under no obligation to provide a service to you after the 60 day expiration timeframe, due to your own personal circumstances for not following through. Should a life-altering event occur within the 60-day time period that would delay using our services, please write to us with an explanation. Depending upon our workflow and schedule, we may be able to extend the deadline another two weeks, but we cannot promise our availability after the 60-day time period has elapsed.

WARNING: Our workflow and data management processes automatically delete ALL customer files from our computer systems after 60 days. It is your responsibility and accountability to back up any files that we have sent to you, and we are not responsible for providing you with a back-up copy of your work or materials after 60 days.
