Our computer program does recognize the domain and referring URL of visitors, but not e-mail addresses. This information is used solely for internal purposes by our technical support staff.

For example, we compile statistics that show the daily number of visitors to our site, the daily requests we receive for particular services, and the countries where those requests originated.
